CHICAGO, Illinois, March 14, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A new video released by CatholicVote.org unmasks the disturbing nature of a “pro-choice” movement that insists on “abortion on demand and without apology.”

Catholic Vote’s media team captured the footage at a recent rally organized to defend taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood.  “We wanted to expose what the defenders of Planned Parenthood really believe,” said Brian Burch, head of the organization. “What we witnessed left us speechless.”

“People tell us to tone it down. People tell us to find common ground with people who want to take away our rights. People tell us to be nice and polite. F*** that s***,” says one woman in a speech to the assembled crowd.

“I am so glad to be a future doctor and I will perform abortions and I’ll be proud of it,” says another young woman in a brief interview.

Another woman tells the crowd “there is no shame in abortion.”  She goes on to announce her own recent abortion, happily stating her “insurance actually covered it.”  “I am planning on being an abortion provider,” she says.

“If I get pregnant tomorrow, I want an abortion,” says another young girl.  “I would abort the baby… I wouldn’t feel bad about that.”

“The abortion industry,” said Burch, “is often portrayed as a big-hearted caring industry that simply wants to serve low-income women. Their supporters claim that stripping Planned Parenthood and abortion providers of taxpayer funds will hurt everyone.”

“Of course this is a lie. Planned Parenthood is billion-dollar organization that is chiefly concerned with one thing – the destruction of innocent human life.”

During the rally one young man went so far as to say he wishes Planned Parenthood as widespread as Starbucks coffee shops: “I want Planned Parenthood like Starbucks, I want a Planned Parenthood on every corner.”

“The fight over taxpayer support for Planned Parenthood is about much more than budgets and deficits. The fight is ultimately about our vision for America – a vision that cherishes mothers, families and the gift of human life. Our vision is one of hope. Theirs is filled with anger and hopelessness,” concluded Burch.
