September 23, 2016 (LifeSiteNews)—In a Wednesday fundraising email, the Executive Vice President of Planned Parenthood Action Fund told supporters that if Donald Trump is elected, he will “end public support for Planned Parenthood” and warned that his running mate Gov. Mike Pence is “a crusader who will use every ounce of power he has in the White House” to fight abortion.

“Trump and Pence will do whatever they can to block access to Planned Parenthood,” the abortion chain’s Executive Vice President Dawn Laguens wrote. She noted that Pence was the first member of Congress who tried to defund Planned Parenthood.

“The next president will fill at least one seat on the Supreme Court,” Laguens continued. That Supreme Court justice will be “empower[ed] to make lasting decisions” related to abortion.

“The polls are tightening,” and “there are a lot more undecided voters at this point than there were last election,” Laguens warned abortion supporters.

Also while in Congress, Pence introduced “six separate” measures against the abortion business, Laguens wrote. As America’s largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood commits hundreds of thousands of abortions annually. It has struggled to defend its public image after an undercover investigation by the Center for Medical Progress revealed Planned Parenthood’s practice of selling baby body parts for profit.

As Governor of Indiana, one of the pro-life laws Pence signed banned abortion on the basis of a baby’s disability.
