HOLLYWOOD, Nov 5 (LSN) – In a scathing review of the new Time-Warner film Pleasantville, Rock for Life’s Bryan Kemper said “I thought I was going to see ‘Leave it to Beaver’ and instead I got perversions of pornographic proportions thrown at me.”“If parents believe they can send their kids out to see Pleasantville for an evening of wholesome entertainment, they’re wrong,” Kemper warned.  American Life League described the film as depicting a 1958, black and white, TV sitcom that suddenly sees its innocent and unwary characters turn to full color after “enlightening” experiences of sexual promiscuity, marital infidelity and masturbation.  Kemper says “such moral degradation has not colored our world, but has instead made everything much darker” with “a massive increase of sexually transmitted diseases, abortion, divorce, domestic violence and a loss of respect for fellow human beings in general.”“Parents should just keep their kids away from this movie. It is complete trash.”
