ROME May 4, 2014 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Italian national March for Life took place Sunday in Rome with organizers estimating a crowd of 50,000. The march ended at St. Peter’s Square where marchers heard Pope Francis' Regina Coeli address, during which he gave special recognition to the March for Life.

The pope noted the international and ecumenical character of this year’s march and urged the participants to “keep going” and to “work on the issues.”
