BUFFALO, March 4, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – More than 100 prospective jurors for the trial of admitted abortionist shooter James Charles Kopp have answered questions on their stand on abortion.  Jurors were asked to select one of nine statements on abortion which most closely reflect their stand.  The answers ranged from “I am personally, morally, or religiously opposed to abortion and believe the practice is murder and should be outlawed under every circumstance” to “abortion is a right guaranteed by law.”

Meanwhile, while the defence attorney is suggesting the question of abortion will play a large part in the case, the prosecuting attorney insists that he does not intend to get into a debate about abortion.  For more see the Buffalo News coverage:  https://www.buffalonews.com/editorial/20030304/1016124.asp
