DENVER, May 26, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Presbyterian Church USA has elected a new moderator who supports ordination of men and women who engage in homosexual sex acts.  Susan Andrews of Bethesda, was elected at the denomination’s 215th General Assembly Saturday with 53 per cent support on the second ballot.  Andrews described the ordination of practicing homosexuals in the church as her “fondest dream” but said that she did not think it should be attempted this year.  See the Denver Post coverage:  https://www.denverpost.com/Stories/0,1413,36~53~1414286,00.html
