VANCOUVER, Oct 30 (LSN.ca) – Pro-life heroine Mary Wagner was arrested and released last Tuesday as reported by LifeSite, but one day after her release she was again arrested and held another two nights in prison for no understood reason. Originally, on Tuesday, Wagner was picked out of a crowd of onlookers watching three pro-lifers engaged in civil disobedience at Vancouver’s Everywoman’s abortuary. She was arrested for violating bail conditions – none of which she was forced to sign or promise to uphold. After her arrest she was released the same day after being told that her probation forbids her from any attending at an abortuary.

On Wednesday night she was again taken into custody from her parent’s home without explanation. She was held in a Delta BC prison and then transferred to a Vancouver prison. Mary was released on Friday after a court date was set for a hearing on her supposed breach of probation Tuesday.

When asked by LifeSite if she was upset at her treatment she responded that she was not and felt her time in the prison was well spent. She told LifeSite that she counselled a woman who was struggling with the abortion issue and the woman had a change of heart. Mary asked LifeSite readers if they would pray for her acquaintance in prison.
