NEW YORK, August 20, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Asian countries being targeted by a new World Health Organization drive to promote condoms in a bid to curb AIDS, CNSNews.com reports. Pro-lifers in the Philippines says the WHO is failing to heed the example set by Uganda, where emphasizing abstinence and fidelity more than condoms has produced far greater success.  At a four-day conference in Laos, WHO officials said billions more condoms were needed in Asia to fight AIDS.
