ST LOUIS, Missouri, May 27(Lifesitenews.com)  – A recent press release announced the first national conference of “Women at Risk,” a group describing itself as a US coalition of women and their family members who have been hurt by past abortions. The conference will be held on August 7-8 in St. Louis, Missouri. The group aims to hold abortionists accountable for injuries done to women through abortion procedures.

Conference coordinator Miriam Dapra said a major concern of the group is the “30 to 50 percent of women [who] are submitting to unwanted abortions because of the demands of their parents,  boyfriends, or husbands.” “The goal of this national conference is to create state and local chapters which will advocate for laws to safeguard women from unwanted and dangerous abortions,” she said.
