October 5, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Puerto Rican pro-life coalition “Puerto Rico for Life and Family” (PR por la Vida y la Familia) is preparing a large demonstration in the capital city of San Juan tomorrow, beginning at 10 a.m. in Luis Muñoz Rivera park.

The event, which has been endorsed by San Juan’s archbishop Roberto González Nieve, will include informational booths, artistic displays, educational activities, and a press conference. Participants will dress in yellow to show their solidarity with the values of life and family. From the park, demonstrators will march to the capitol.

In preparation for the event, participants are being asked to display yellow on their Facebook profile photos and pages.

“By the grace of God the Archbishop of San Juan…has given us his endorsement and we have conducted various interviews on television and Catholic radio on the island,” organizer Carmen Cruz told LifeSiteNews.com.  She asks for prayers and support.
