LONDON, UK, Nov 26 (LSN) – A motley crew of pro-abortion and pro-lesbian feminists are eyeing greedily the $1 billion Ted Turner UN contribution. The group, calling themselves the “Global Campaign for Women’s Human Rights”, demanded that half the money in donations to the UN should go to support their agenda.

Placing their skewed version of women’s rights ahead of the need for food, clothing, and shelter for the poor, as well as international security, the extremists made their appeal in London yesterday. Charlotte Bunch, head of the Center for Women’s Global Leadership at Rutgers University, called on the UN to “fulfill the promises that have already been made to women [at Beijing].”

Although the U.N. had no immediate comment on the proposal, the group will likely achieve their aims. Turner, the billionaire founder of Cable News Network, is a fanatical population-controller himself, and thus his designs for the money would likely fall in synch with the group. Whether other donors to the UN would object to their monies being manipulated in this way remains to be seen.
