I don't like doing this, but I have to issue a red alert!
With just 6 days left in our summer campaign we are only one-fifth of the way to our necessary goal of 5,000 donations!
While I am incredibly grateful to the stalwart 1,100 people who have donated, the hard truth is we’re simply not where we need to be at this point!
I have to be honest. The task ahead is more than daunting. And yet I know that we simply must make it to our goal, because the success of LifeSite for the next quarter depends on it!
It’s not just that we need to reach the 5,000 donations in order to qualify for that much-needed $50,000 matching gift.
It’s also that we absolutely must reach $200,000 in donations during the campaign, just to keep LifeSite going until our fall fundraiser! But so far, we have only raised just over $50,000.
And yet, I also know that we have come from even further behind in the past, and that with your help, and God’s grace, we CAN make it.
But before I continue, let me ask you a question…an important question.
What if I told you that LifeSiteNews was going to shut down?
That tomorrow you would stop receiving our news; that our journalists wouldn’t be there to report the truth about the latest abortion clinic closure, or that amazing new pro-life initiative, or that attack on a pro-life or pro-family leader…
….that if you came to our website tomorrow, you would find just a blank, white, empty screen.
What if?
To be 100% clear: this isn’t going to happen. We don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon! There’s WAY too much work to do.
