DALLAS, TX, June 3, 2015 (LifeSiteNews.com) – It sounds inhuman, like something out of a horror movie, but Dallas police say it is all too real. After a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted and became pregnant, police say her family members forced her to ingest the morning after pill and beat her for hours until she lost her child. Then they burned the eight-month-old's remains on a charcoal grill, according to the affidavit.

Police say the 14-year-old girl became pregnant after being sexually assaulted in August 2012 by a relative – Robert Joseph Cayald, who is now 22. She was a virgin at the time.

When her cousins found out sometime between the following January and March, they feared Child Protective Services would remove their other children from their home. So, they “took matters into their own hands,” Deputy Chief Gil Garza of the Southwest Patrol Division said at a press conference today.

Sharon Jones, 45, forced the girl to take “multiple doses of birth control pills, Plan B [emergency contraception] pills and cinnamon tablets…to abort the baby,” according to the police affidavit.

When that did not work, 25-year-old Cecila McDonald held the girl down on her living room floor as 27-year-old Lonnell McDonald reportedly “sat on the complaint's stomach and began repeatedly bouncing up and down” and kicking her repetitively.

As she constrained her cousin, Cecila screamed, “[Expletive], you ain't about to get my kids taken away from me.”

The torturous beating lasted six hours, according to an eyewitness, and did not end until the victim was “throwing up and having severe cramps.” Two hours later, she gave birth to an eight-month-old stillborn baby.

Her family members then burned the newborn's body on a charcoal grill.

Two days later, Sharon reportedly offered 27-year-old Cedric Jones Jr. a fee of $25 to dispose of the body. Cedric placed the charred remains “in a dark green plastic bag with a red drawstring, placed it in his trunk, and stashed the remains in an unknown location,” police records say.

Garza said police are still searching for the child's remains.

After the abuse, the girl moved out of the home and in with another relative.

The teen kept quiet about the abuse for more than two years because she was “embarrassed,” but someone who witnessed the event convinced her to report it to police on May 22.

“We commend the victim for her bravery for coming forward to report this unbelievable crime,” Garza said at today's press conference, according to local reporter Tristan Hallman.

The teenager, who is now 16, is currently being cared for by Child Protective Services.

The four cousins have been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, a class 1 felony, and are being held in the Dallas County Jail on $150,000 bail.

Cayald has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and is being held on a $25,000 bond.

Garza has said additional charges are possible.

The horrifying tale confirms the warnings of pro-life advocates, who have long said that many abortions are carried out by coercion – including violent force – and that making the Plan B morning after pill available over-the-counter would facilitate the cover up of statutory rape and human trafficking.

As far back as 2008, Students for Life of America produced videos showing the morning after pill being prescribed to statutory rape victims. According to SFLA, Planned Parenthood did not report the crimes to the proper authorities.

Concerns intensified in 2013 after the Obama administration and a federal judge made Plan B available without a prescription to girls as young as 11. A second SFLA video showed a grown man purchasing the pill while boasting he would use it to force his underage “girlfriend” to abort his child.
