DETROIT, Aug 17, 2001 (LSN.ca) – Satanist rock star Marilyn Manson, of whom LifeSite has posted several warnings, has been charged with sexual assault against a security guard at a July 30 concert. Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, is alleged to have committed a disgusting violent sexual assault on the male guard. The Detroit Free Press reports that the fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct charge is a felony carrying up to two years in prison. Manson also faces one count of misdemeanor assault and battery.

A warrant was against Manson Thursday but he could not be located.
