SEOUL, Dec 20, 2000 (LSN.ca) – A government bill in South Korea proposes to ban human cloning completely. Church News reports today that the bill also prohibits medical and bioengineering research using human embryos, stressing that they should not be artificially reproduced except for reproduction. The bill also stipulates that an embryo’s genetic content should not be artificially changed or manipulated.
