OTTAWA, Apr 29 (Lifesitenews.com) – The Canada Family Action Coalition (CFAC) warned in a press release today that the Supreme Court of Canada will release the MvsH decision in very short order, perhaps even next Thursday (May 6). The decision will answer the question “Can ‘spouse’ be defined as someone of the same sex?” CFAC notes that a redefinition of “spouse” in MvsH will dramatically affect all family law in Canada.
