TORONTO, November 26, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Interim newspaper has offered the Father Ted Scholarship Program again this year “to encourage young people to learn about pro-life issues and to become actively involved in pro-life programs”.  The program offers three prizes with the recipients being determined by a committee, whose decision is final. There are three prizes of $1,000, $300 and $200 to be given to the first, second and third place winners.  Students must submit a typed original essay, postmarked no later than December 18, 2003, on the topic: “The challenge and reward of being pro-life in a secular society.” The length of the essay must be between 800 and 1000 words.
