Note from LifeSiteNews President Steve Jalsevac: A quote in the article appears to affirm mitigation policies, whereas LifeSite has published overwhelming evidence that mask mandates serve no useful purpose and actually cause significant harm, especially to children. Similarly, mandated physical distancing between healthy persons and contact tracing are “health” policies of highly dubious benefit and seem to rather be social conditioning for the eventual imposition of a Chinese style social credit system using digital Id passports.

(WND News Center) – The prestigious British medical journal The Lancet has published an article by a University of Colorado infectious disease scientist concluding vaccine mandates should be reconsidered in light of studies finding the vaccines are not stopping transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Carlos Franco-Paredes of the University of Colorado’s Division of Infectious Diseases, wrote that “the impact of vaccination on community transmission of circulating variants of SARS-CoV-2 appeared to be not significantly different from the impact among unvaccinated people.”
“The scientific rationale for mandatory vaccination in the USA relies on the premise that vaccination prevents transmission to others, resulting in a ‘pandemic of the unvaccinated,” he noted.
“Yet, the demonstration of COVID-19 breakthrough infections among fully vaccinated health-care workers (HCW) in Israel, who in turn may transmit this infection to their patients, requires a reassessment of compulsory vaccination policies leading to the job dismissal of unvaccinated HCW in the USA.”
Franco-Paredes cited a U.K. study published last October he believes should have an impact on vaccination policies.
It found, as WND reported, that people vaccinated against COVID-19 were as likely to spread the delta variant to contacts in their household as those who had not been vaccinated.
Scientists, including researchers at the Imperial College of London, studied 621 people in the United Kingdom who had mild COVID-19 and found that the peak viral load of the vaccinated was similar to the unvaccinated.
There are additional studies showing the viral load in the upper airways of the lungs is similar in vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.
T-Mobile, the multi-billion dollar mobile phone company and network provider, has announced that it will FIRE all employees who do not get the experimental Covid-19 vaccine by April!
That's right: Even with the Supreme Court's recent decision to block Joe Biden's unconstitutional, nationwide, employer vaccination mandate, T-Mobile plans trudge forward with one of their own, potentially leaving thousands of people without work simply for opting against getting the shot.
This is unacceptable, and T-Mobile must face consequences for their attempts to stifle their employees' medical autonomy.
That's why we're asking you to SIGN and SHARE this important petition calling on T-Mobile's executive leadership to abandon any and all plans that target and discriminate against unvaccinated workers and use their livelihood(s) as leverage to obtain manipulative medical compliance.
Even though the Supreme Court ruled less than a month ago in a 6-3 vote that Joe Biden's OSHA vaccine mandate, which would have required all U.S. employers with more than 100 workers to implement their own vaccination requirement, could NOT go into effect, the White House practically begged employers to do so anyway of their own volition in the aftermath.
And, as it turns out, some companies are jumping on the Biden bandwagon, and T-Mobile is one of them...
A recent internal memo from the company states that every employee with "regular or occasional" access to T-Mobile offices must have both Covid shots by February 21st (less than three weeks from now!) or be placed on unpaid leave immediately.
However, if they fail to do so by April 2nd, they will be fired permanently.
In fact, T-Mobile has already created its own vaccine passport called the "Magenta Pass" as an enforcement mechanism for this intrusive policy.
It should go without saying that everyone, everywhere should be able to opt against getting this experimental shot -- be it for medical, ethical, faith-based, or simply personal reasons -- without it affecting their ability to make a living and provide for their families.
But, as is evidenced by this new requirement, T-Mobile seems to disagree -- even after the Supreme Court ruled that Biden's attempted federal mandate for working Americans could not go into effect!
T-Mobile has attempted to acknowledge the hardship that this policy will cause for many of their employees, with their head of human resources recently claiming "we understand that for some, this means you must make a deeply personal decision."
But, nonetheless, it seems that the company is moving full-speed-ahead with their vaccination mandate, which will inevitably result in the targeting, penalization, and, ultimately, termination of thousands of employees.
They deserve better, and, until they get it, T-Mobile is no longer worthy of our business or our support.
So please, take a minute to SIGN and SHARE this petition to T-Mobile's executive leadership demanding that they discontinue their plans to require the experimental Covid-19 vaccine for their employees, or face a widespread boycott for refusing to acknowledge workers' inherent medical autonomy.
Whether it's T-Mobile or any other company, no employer should be able to discriminate against their own workers due to their vaccination status, and intimidation tactics like this should NEVER be tolerated, let alone be accepted as normal.
So let's let them know where we all stand, and that, until they rethink and revoke their employee mandate, we will NOT continue to patronize T-Mobile going forward.

The Colorado researcher cited an investigation by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of an outbreak of COVID-19 in a Texas prison, that found there was no difference in the presence of infectious virus in the nasopharynx of vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.
Researchers in California, similarly, observed no major differences in viral loads between vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals, even in those with proven asymptomatic infection.
“Thus,” Franco-Paredes wrote, “the current evidence suggests that current mandatory vaccination policies might need to be reconsidered, and that vaccination status should not replace mitigation practices such as mask wearing, physical distancing, and contact-tracing investigations, even within highly vaccinated populations.”
This week, in the wake of growing acknowledgment that the shots don’t prevent infection, along with worker shortages and a Supreme Court ruling, Johns Hopkins professor Dr. Marty Makary said it’s time to bring back workers who were fired for not being vaccinated.
Companies and public health officials should apologize, he wrote in the Wall Street Journal.
“Public-health officials ruined many lives by insisting that workers with natural immunity to Covid-19 be fired if they weren’t fully vaccinated. But after two years of accruing data, the superiority of natural immunity over vaccinated immunity is clear,” Makary added.
“It’s time to reinstate those employees with an apology,” he wrote.
He said the efficacy of natural immunity against COVID-19 should not be a surprise, as many past studies have shown that infection with other coronaviruses such as SARS and MERS confers lasting immunity.
Makary cited a study published in May 2020 that show COVID-recovered monkeys that were exposed again to the virus didn’t get sick. “Public-health officials have a lot of explaining to do,” he said.
“We know public health officials like Dr. Rochelle Walensky and Dr. Anthony Fauci won’t be doing any apologizing, but maybe there’s a chance large employers will do the right thing.”
