TORONTO, July 19, 2002 (LSN.ca) – One of the most positive regular international events is about to begin this coming Monday in Toronto. World Youth Day 2002 has the city buzzing with intense preparations and already heavy media coverage. Except for the odd anti-Catholic diatribe in a few media sources, there has been a generally positive and respectful reporting of the countdown to the many exciting events that will start Monday and end with the dramatic papal mass next Sunday morning.

LifeSite will be at many of the WYD events and will especially report on developments that concern the dignity of the human person, on events, talks and other news related to the protection and worth of all human life and the family.
