LANGLEY, British Columbia, December 5, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) — Jonathan Yaniv, the Canadian transgender activist infamous for unsucesfully suing 15 beauticians for refusing to wax his male genitalia, is now angry that a gynaecologist refused to examine him.

Yaniv, who goes by “Jessica,” tweeted Tuesday that the gynaecologist office he was referred to “literally told me today that ‘we don’t serve transgender patients’,” according to National File, an American conservative site.

So a gynaecologist office that I got referred to literally told me today that “we don't serve transgender patients.”

And me, being me, I'm shocked.. and confused… and hurt.

Are they allowed to do that, legally? Isn't that against the college practices? @cpsbc_ca

“Gynaecologists form a part of the multidisciplinary team who engage with transgender and non-binary patients, either as part of the transition stage performing surgery or managing pre- or post-transition gynaecological problems,” he added.

Yaniv has since removed the tweets, and it’s not clear if he will file a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).

LifeSiteNews contacted the CPSBC to ask if there was a policy on how gynaecologists should respond to men who identify as women, with or without surgeries to make them look female.

However, as Michael Van Der Galien pointed out in PJ Media, gynaecologists “are supposed to treat women’s anatomy. That’s what they specialize in — and it’s why women visit them. A man may identify as a woman but — I’ll try to explain this very slowly so Yaniv understands it — that does not magically turn his male body parts into those of a woman. Sorry. It just doesn’t.”

A self-styled LGBTQ+ advocate who refers to himself as a “proud lesbian,” Yaniv is most notorious for his multiple complaints filed with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal (BCHRT) against beauticians for discriminating against him by not waxing his groin, complaints which caused some of them to quit their home-based business.

The BCHRT ruled against Yaniv in October, and ordered him to pay $6000 in damages.

But Yaniv also has a history of questionable online interactions with underage girls.

After Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) lawyer Jay Cameron overturned a BCHRT publication ban on Yaniv’s name, he was exposed as the same individual facing online allegations that he uses his self-declared “female” status to gain access to women-only spaces and contact young girls, where he asks them leading questions.

Jessica Rumpel filed a child sexual exploitation report against Yaniv with CyberTips in July for allegedly sexually harassing her when she was between the ages of 14 and 15.

“Yaniv’s reported online activity reflects a pederastic interest in young teenage girls that predated his interest in transgenderism. The fact that he now calls himself a ‘proud lesbian’ is indicative of his continued interest in females,” noted Doug Mainwaring of LifeSiteNews when reporting on Rumpel’s complaint.

Indeed, screenshots of Yaniv’s social media texts obsessing about the menstruation of 10 to 12 year olds and whether he would see them unclothed in female-only change-rooms had long been widely circulating on the web before the waxing case went viral.

Yaniv also sought a permit from the township of Langley in July to host “topless” LGBT swim parties for children 12 years of age and over from parents would be banned, a decision which the township deferred.

More recently, he tweeted information on a SkinnyDipper nudist club November swim at a Surrey public pool, in which minors accompanied by an adult are admitted for free, commenting that “this is an interesting event” to numerous angry responses.

He also launched another human rights complaint, this time against Christian activist Bill Whatcott, who wrote in a Free North America forum post that Yaniv is seeking $35,000 for “gender identity or expression” discrimination after Whatcott referred to him in sidewalk preaching and a flyer as a “biological male” and a “transvestite deviant” looking to “prey on vulnerable biological women.”

The BCHRT fined Whatcott fined $55,000 in March for distributing a flyer identifying trans activist and former political candidate Ronan “Morgane” Oger as a “biological male,” ruling that this was an affront to Oger’s “dignity, feelings and self-respect.”

Incidentally, in April Oger denounced Yaniv as a predator.

Whatcott says that during the adjudicating of Yaniv’s BCHRT complaint against him so far, he’s upset Yaniv and been rebuked by the tribunal for insisting on using male pronouns when referring to Yaniv, and addressing him as “Mr”.

The BCHRT will set the dates for the hearing “in about a month or two,” Whatcott told LifeSiteNews, adding that he has little expectation the tribunal will drop the case.

“I’m really hoping that they see the absurdity of this,” he said.  “It’s just discouraging that this is where our society is gone.”
