LONDON (LifeSiteNews) – Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was received maskless by Queen Elizabeth II yesterday despite the fact Canada’s two most populous provinces, Ontario and Quebec, still mandate face coverings for everyone, including schoolchildren.
The Queen herself just recovered from COVID, and this was her first in-person appearance with a world leader since overcoming the virus.

Trudeau went to the U.K. to meet with Prime Minister Boris Johnson and other European leaders under the pretext of discussing the Russia-Ukraine crisis, saying he stands “with the Ukrainian people and push back hard against Russia.”
Additionally, Trudeau met with U.K. military leaders maskless yesterday, despite the fact the Canadian armed forces still must wear masks.
Although Ontario has gotten rid of its COVID vaccine passport, with Quebec to do so as well on March 12, both provinces still force mask-wearing, including for kids in school.
Many Canadian provinces such as Alberta and Saskatchewan have removed both COVID passports and mask mandates, as have most European nations, including the U.K.
Protesters were at the main gate entrance to 10 Downing Street in London for Trudeau’s arrival yesterday for his meeting with Johnson. The protesters could be heard shouting “F**k Trudeau.”
Trudeau used an alternate entrance to the PM’s residence. Videos posted on Twitter show that the protesters’ “F**k Trudeau” chant can be heard in the background as Johnson greeted Trudeau.
Wrote retired police officer Geoff Buxcey on Twitter, “How absolutely embarrassing for Canada, on the diplomatic stage, that this guy is hated just as much there as he is here! This has never happened to any other Canadian Prime Minister in our history, that’s how far our international influence has fallen under @JustinTrudeau.”
Many in the U.K. media blasted Trudeau’s actions against the truckers as not unlike something other world leaders would or have done to their political opponents.
Trudeau today committed more Canadian troops to Latvia for NATO’s Operation Reassurance, in the light of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, even though Canada’s military has had to make do with aging equipment and lack of funds for years.
Trudeau’s hypocrisy knows no bounds. The fact remains that only a few weeks ago, Trudeau used extraordinary powers, the Emergencies Act (EA), to quell the trucker Freedom Convoy that peacefully demonstrated in Ottawa for three weeks.
Also, Tamara Lich, one of the Freedom Convoy’s main organizers, spent more than two weeks in jail before finally being granted bail Monday. Many said Lich’s prolonged jailing was because she was being held as a “political prisoner” for opposing Trudeau’s COVID dictates.
Add this to the fact that millions of Canadians, not those of a foreign land, who have chosen to be vaccine-free have been in effect jailed in Canada, as they are banned from traveling by air, rail, or boat, both domestically and internationally.
Canada’s official opposition, the Conservative Party of Canada, has been calling for an immediate end to the COVID jab travel mandate.
The use of face masks in schools has been found to significantly lower a child’s cognitive ability compared with their pre-pandemic equivalents, according to an August 2021 study from Rhode Island.
A 2020 study by Henning Bundgaard of the Copenhagen University Hospital regarding the effectiveness of face masks against COVID-19 found that there was a statistically insignificant difference between those who wore a mask and those who did not when it came to people getting the virus.
