The National March for Life brought nearly 20,000 pro-lifers to Ottawa on May 10 to demand protection the unborn.

EWTN will produce a TV special in association with DunnMedia and Campaign Life Coalition that will feature highlights from the National March for Life including the pro-life Mass, the rally on Parliament Hill, a performance by the pro-life band “Survived 88”, appearances by Cardinal Thomas Collins and pro-life MPs, and the March through the streets of downtown Ottawa.

Kevin Dunn, president of DunnMedia, told LifeSiteNews, “The March for Life rally on Parliament Hill is by far the largest annual turnout for any demonstration on the hill.  Having spent my career in media, I am continually disheartened at the coverage by our mainstream media.

“I said to myself, stop complaining and do something!  So, for three years now, in association with Campaign Life, my production company has turned our hotel room into a production hub, with cameras, make-shift editing suites and gear.  Our YouTube videos have been viewed by tens of thousands of people the world over.”

The special will be hosted Doug Keck and Fr. Joseph Mary Wolfe, MFVA with field reporters Matthew and Kathleen Dunn.

It will air in the US on June 2 at 2PM EST and in Canada at 2PM and 10PM EST.

“This year, Canada’s prolife message will be broadcast to millions of homes throughout the world including Canada and the US, Europe and the Pacific Rim, Africa and India in this one hour special. I couldn’t be more pleased,” Dunn said.
