KAMPALA, January 6, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Fr. Felix Sciqnnqmeo, a Catholic priest in Uganda, led prayers to mark World Day of Peace, which were followed by a peace march.
Kampala’s New Vision newspaper reports that in his remarks, the priest said Uganda must resist pressure from Europe and the United States to legalize abortion.
“Adopt children, don’t kill them. Hope Uganda does not legalise abortion,” he said.
