UNITED NATIONS, Dec 21 (LSN)  Last week, the population control wing of the United Nations, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) won a documentary award at the XX International Festival of the New Latin American Films in Havana. The “documentary” film, “As¡ es esta historia” (Such is this history), documented a subversive effort to push pro-abortion ideology on poor women in Peru. According to the UN report, “The film shows scenes from a project in the Peruvian region of Alto Cuzco that tested a literacy method where the women learn to read and write while reflecting on their reproductive and sexual health, gender roles and their status in the family and community.”  The UN expressed pride over its oppressive tactics, noting that some of media mogul Ted Turner’s money is being used to fund similar projects. The award was given by the Cuban National Union of Writers and Artists.  For the UN press release detailing the story see:  https://www.un.org/News/Press/docs/1998/19981216.pop694.html
