VANCOUVER, June 3 (LSN) – The University of British Columbia has expanded its abortion training electives,  from students in the obstetrics and gynecology to all upper-level medical students, due to pro-abortion   lobbying. One such group within the university known as Medical Students for Choice has teamed up with local   abortionists such as Ellen Wiebe to push the University to require abortion training for all medical   students in their 1st and 2nd years at UBC rather than having the courses offered as an elective.  The pro-abortion students group will also be involved in curriculum formation for the expanded programme to   begin next year. UBC’s pro-life group Life Line charged that the pro-abortion group would only present their side of the abortion debate, and ignore or ridicule the pro-life arguments.
