TORONTO (LifeSiteNews) – University of Toronto students and faculty living on campus will be required to have received “at least one booster dose before moving in” for the fall semester.

According to the university’s July 28 “COVID-19 planning updates,” jabs and boosters are obligatory for living on campus, but students and staff who live off-campus are not obliged to be up to date with their jabs – yet.

The school’s FAQ page states that jab mandates have been “paused” but that mandates “may be reinstated on short notice” if the school interprets public health guidance differently.

If the school decides to change its policy at any time, being vaccine-free “could result in de-enrollment or ineligibility to work.”

The bulk of the university’s students are under age 24, which has been established as the age group – especially males – with the highest risk of severe heart issues reported post-jab.

The move to have all in-residence students and staff jabbed goes against the most recent public health advices from Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health who said young health adults don’t need boosters.
