PHOENIX, Arizona, Jan 14 (LifeSiteNews.com) Despite attempts by pro-abortion forces to argue that abortion-related complications are very rare with legal abortions, the opposite appears to be the case. Abortionist John Biskind and Carol Stuart of Arizona’s A-Z Clinic were arrested this week for the 1998 death of a patient. Following this development in the case, Vicky Conroy of Legal Action for Women (LAW) warned “there are abortionists like John Biskind in every state.” In a press release by LAW, Conroy criticized the feminist mantra, ‘Keep abortion safe and legal.’ “Abortion may be considered legal on paper, but it is certainly not safe… We’ve got case after case as proof.”
Conroy attributed Lou Ann Herron’s death to the fact that “Biskind, like so many other abortionists, is now mistaken for a respected family practitioner when in reality he is simply a back-alley butcher.”“There are no regulations whatsoever in the abortion industry and only after numerous deaths and injuries does anyone turn an eye toward such incompetence.”
