VANCOUVER, Sept 11 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Mary Wagner, the 26-year-old pro-lifer in BC who was arrested last month outside Vancouver’s notorious Everywoman’s abortion clinic, was charged in court last week with mischief and breach of the Bubble Zone Act. She refused to sign a promise not to go back to the abortuary and so will remain in jail until her trial on October 16th.

This was Mary’s fourth appearance since her arrest. She will have spent 50 days in BC’s maximum-security women’s jail by the time her trial is heard.
