The Conservative News Service reports that House and Senate lawmakers held up a 12.6 billion dollar foreign aid bill with abortion supporters trying to ensure the funds could go to support abortion-pushing groups. 

The State of Illinois has become an abortion “dumping ground” according to lawmakers who note that over 4,500 women from out of state entered the jurisdiction last year for abortions.  (ChicagoSunTimes)
