WASHINGTON, October 31, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Washington’s Episcopalian bishop is to unveil plans for homosexual marriage ceremonies, based on a number of “rites” circulating across the U.S.  “In keeping with good Anglican liturgical order, it is my intention at some point,” Bishop John Chane wrote in an October 15 letter to an Anglican group that opposes same-sex marriage, “to form a task force to study those liturgical rites that have clearly been in use for some time within the Diocese of Washington to see if there is a form that could be uniformly used by parishes, should they request it.”  For local coverage:  https://www.washtimes.com/national/20031028-113319-5230r.htm
