WASHINGTON, Nov 2 (LSN) A draft document of the National Conference of Catholic Bishops tells Catholic politicians that if they fail to support pro-life laws they endanger their salvation. The document says that lawmakers will be held accountable for failing to oppose pro-abortion and pro-euthanasia legislation. Moreover, the Bishops said that positive support for other worthy social causes such as poverty “can never excuse a wrong choice” on pro-life issues.
