WASHINGTON, Feb 8 (  The National Research Council, the research arm of the National Academy of Sciences, has criticized the accuracy and quality of climate data used by the Clinton administration to promote its radical environmentalist agenda which includes implementing the UN Kyoto agreement on global warming. “Deficiencies in the accuracy, quality and continuity of the records … place serious limitations on the confidence that can be placed in the research results,” said a report released last Wednesday by the National Research Council.

Maurice Blackmon, an NRC committee member who worked on the report, indicated that temperature fluctuations were attributable not to actual temperature changes but the replacing of temperature reading equipment.
