WASHINGTON, June 12 (LSN) – A panel of the U.S. House of Representatives passed a measure to ensure state laws requiring parental notification of abortions are upheld, by making it illegal for non-custodians to take pregnant girls to out-of-state abortuaries to avoid the notification requirement. The measure will thus be discussed and voted on in the House in the coming weeks.  U.S. pro-lifers are urged to contact their House and Senate Representatives to support the legislation.
