WASHINGTON, March 26, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – In a vote late yesterday, the House Judiciary Constitution Subcommittee passed 8-4 a measure to approve a partial birth abortion ban (HR 760) with an exception to save the life of the mother.  The bill differed from a similar measure in the Senate in that the House version does not include a ‘nonbinding’ resolution endorsing the pro-abortion Roe v Wade Supreme Court decision.  House Democrats are planning attempts to cripple the legislation with exceptions for the mental health of the mother.  For more see the National Right to Life website at:  https://www.nrlc.org/abortion/pba/index.html
