The Federalist yesterday quoted a story by Kathryn Jean Lopez in Organization Trends which notes: “[The Senior Scout handbook for girls 14 and over contains exercises relating to] ‘ending a pregnancy’ and ‘how to organize an event to make people aware of gender bias.’ Girl Scouts executive director Marty Evans boasts, ‘We’re not your mother’s Girl Scout troop.’ No kidding. Bush appointee to the EPA,Christine Todd Whitman, addressed the Mexico City Policy on CNN’s “Crossfire” Monday. Whitman said “I was sorry he did that and I obviously don’t agree with that.” However, she added: “The president has been very clear. You know, I look at the steps that he took in the beginning, in the first few days of the administration—they were all absolutely consistent with what he had said before, during the campaign, and who he is and what he is.
