American Family Association reports that Republican Jim Kolbe of Arizona is set to make history Tuesday when he will become the first openly homosexual member of Congress to address a Republican convention. Kolbe is a founding member of the National Advisory Board of the Log Cabin Republicans, the nation’s most prominent homosexualist GOP group.
