Catholic News Service reports that Priests for Life has launched a massive media campaign to remind Catholics of their political responsibility to support life during the 2000 election season. Father Frank Pavone, national director of Priests for Life, announced the start of the “Campaign for Life 2000” at a July 18 news conference at the National Press Club in Washington.

  American Renewal reports that when asked by NBC’s Tim Russert on Meet the Press this past Sunday if he agreed with the federal statute that prohibits the execution of a pregnant woman, Al Gore requested time to ‘think about it.’ Twenty-four hours later Mr. Gore had his answer: ‘The principle of a woman’s right to choose governs in that case,’ he said.

Jeff Jacoby, until recently a columnist at the Boston Globe, has been silenced by the politically correct powers at the paper over his conservative viewpoints. American Family Association is requesting action on Jacoby’s behalf, for more info click here.
