A Planned Parenthood abortionist described his murderous practices in detail in court this week trying to show how a law against partial-birth abortion would affect the other procedures he uses to kill babies.  (Pro-Life E-News) 

Associated Press reports that “Republican presidential candidate George W. Bush on Friday said the Vatican should be allowed to maintain its “permanent observer status” at the United Nations, and he urged the White House to make its position clear.” “The position of the administration is unclear,” he said. “The position of my administration will be very clear and firm: America supports permanent observer status for the Holy See.” 

Catholic World News reports that a New York doctor accused of injecting his pregnant mistress in an attempt to force an abortion was indicted this week and pleaded not guilty.  Dr. Stephen Pack, 44,  was indicted on two counts of assault and one count of abortion after he allegedly stabbed Joy   Schepis, 31, in April with the drug methotraxate, a drug used in so-called emergency contraceptives.

The National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League of New York announced Thursday it is backing Hillary Rodham Clinton’s bid for the U.S. Senate.
