The Clinton Administration is declaring AIDS a threat to national security. American Life League noted that “the Clinton Administration is pushing for increased distribution of condoms as the ultimate solution to the AIDS pandemic in sub-Saharan Africa, yet we have no reason to believe that increased access to condoms will decrease the spread of AIDS. In fact, if we look at the effectiveness of condom distribution programs in the developed world, we see exactly the opposite.”
