US Vice President Al Gore has been caught lying while trying to distance himself from an earlier pro-life stand. While his voting record from the 1980’s demonstrates that he voted pro-life on most measures he claimed, “I’ve always supported keeping abortion legal and I’ve always been attacked by the anti-choice groups for that position since the beginning of my career.” As evidence of his voting record was produced he changed his tune.
Pro-Life E-News circulated a note that last week a Kansas legislative panel passed a bill banning partial birth abortion.
Catholic World News reported last week that the Massachusetts’ Supreme Court said on Thursday that a 25-foot buffer zone around abortion clinics would be constitutional if a law is passed by the state legislature.
