Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore is set to introduce legislation requiring informed consent for abortion and legislation requiring a 24-hour waiting period prior to the procedure. 

A Florida couple who underwent IVF ten years ago and has nine frozen embryos in storage is agonizing over a decision to get rid of the babies since no adoptees have worked out. 

The US Supreme Court rejected the appeal of a law banning pro-life demonstrations within 12 feet of either side of a South Carolina abortuary. Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas voted to accept the case for review, but it requires four justices to take a case.
