On Friday, a panel of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down partial birth abortion bans passed by elected Nebraska, Arkansas and Iowa state legislatures saying they were “unconstitutional.” 

The famed pro-life Sheriff John McDougall of Lee County Florida has stirred up controversy once again by denouncing Planned Parenthood, the American Civil Liberties Union, pornography and more on an official government website.   

First Lady Hillary Clinton has objected to the removal of taxpayer funding for an exhibit in New York depicting the Blessed Virgin Mary splashed with elephant dung. Cardinal O’Connor and Mayor Guiliani have objected strenuously to the show.
