WASHINGTON, Oct 1 (LSN) – The American Family Association alerted pro-lifers yesterday that the House of Representatives will vote on a provision this coming Friday, October 2, which would allow parents to be notified when their minor children are given prescription and abortifacient contraception. The AFA notes that “Under current law, Title X Services, which provide contraceptive services to minors in towns across America, must be administered without the notification of a child’s parents.”
