WASHINGTON, Jan 17 (LifeSiteNews) – On Friday the US Supreme Court agreed to hear a case involving the dismissal of a homosexual activist from his position as a Boy Scout leader once his homosexual advocacy was discovered. The case, the Boy Scouts of America v. James Dale, is scheduled to be heard in April with a decision expected by July.
