WASHINGTON, Nov 11 (LSN) In a major victory for pro-family forces, the US Supreme Court rejected arguments against the school tax voucher system proposed in Wisconsin. Opponents of the voucher system such as the American Civil Liberties Union, Americans United for the Separation of Church and State, and People for the American Way charged that the system violated the constitution and the Separation of Church and State.  Responding positively to the decision Family Research Council’s Jennifer Marshall said “Parental choice in education is good for students, families, education, and teachers.” She hopes that one day the option will be available to all Americans.
