“The reduction in the number of pregnancies compensates for the cost of contraception,” Sebelius replied in answer to a question about who pays for birth control under the mandate.

The Blunt Amendment, which would have amended the Obama administration's abortifacient birth control mandate to protect religious liberty, has just failed in the U.S. Senate in a 51-48 vote.
