VANCOUVER, July 26 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Elizabeth Bagshaw abortuary located in the Hycroft Medical Centre at 3195 Granville St. in Vancouver is being forced to move as the building’s owners have refused to renew the lease when it expires in August. The BC Catholic reported in June last year that the abortion mill’s operations were generating “too much hassle” for other tenants. The newspaper of the Vancouver Archdiocese reported that since the abortuary moved into the Hycroft building in 1990, relations with other building tenants have been cool. Some, including doctors, moved out immediately, others at the first opportunity, and it has been a challenge to attract new tenants.
The Bagshaw mill, with an annual budget of $1.2 million and a death toll of more than 3,000 preborn babies a year, is moving to an office building on West Broadway reports BCTV. Area businesses have received a fax reading, “Neighbourhood Alert – abortion clinic coming.” The fax notes that the abortuary will hurt their business activity and recommends complaining to the new landlord.
