VANCOUVER, Apr 29 (LSN) – Writing in today’s edition of The Province, a Vancouver daily, Susan Martinuk delivered a stunning expose on the horror of Oregon’s law permitting physician assisted-  suicide (PAS). Oregon law stipulates that patients seeking PAS must be within six months of death,  mentally competent and have the approval of two physicians.
