CALGARY, Alberta (LifeSiteNews) — A Calgary police officer who was suspended for refusing the COVID shot speaks out against the tyranny of vaccine mandates.

24-year veteran of the Calgary Police Service (CPS) Officer Brian Denison has been suspended from the force without pay for refusing to “comply” with the service’s coercive COVID vaccine policy. He released a video last week outlining the severe impact vaccine mandates are having and will continue to have if people do not resist the discriminatory “two-tier” society being imposed.

“I looked forward to retiring at 25 years,” opened Denison. He said the video was recorded on September 29, before the CPS’s policy took effect. “The easy way out for me is to retire now. But I’ll tell you this. I’m not taking the easy way out, I’ve never done it throughout my life, and I’m not doing it now.”

“For all those other police officers out there wondering ‘Should I just get it?’ … you’re fooling yourself; this is the beginning of your rights taken away. This is the beginning of what is going to be a long road for you,” added the officer.

The CPS’ vaccine policy, which went into effect on December 1, required each employee to either provide proof they had been fully “vaccinated” with the experimental COVID-19 injections or be willing to undergo regular rapid testing, or else they would be suspended without pay.

While many Canadians are opposed to mandatory shots on both legal and moral grounds, constitutional rights lawyer Rocco Galati has warned that mandatory testing is also illegal under the Criminal Code, and therefore should be resisted as part of the fight against encroaching tyranny.

According to Galati, per the 2017 Genetic Non-Discrimination Act in the Criminal Code, “it is a criminal offence punishable by fine, and a maximum of five years in jail, for anyone to conduct a DNA or RNA test to determine whether or not, that person is susceptible to transmitting a disease.” Also prohibited in the law is requiring a test as a condition of continuing a contract, such as employment, or providing goods, services, or access to facilities.

Continuing, Denison states, “24 years ago … I took an oath that I’d uphold the law, and part of that is what I’m doing today. I’m standing up and I’m not allowing myself to take part in the sham, in the illegal activity that they are doing.”

“You’re kidding yourself if you think this is going to end, this is the very beginning of you seeing Canadian society being torn down,” continued Denison. “So, now there’s two sides to the Canadian people: the vaccinated [and] the unvaccinated … and that’s starting the two-tier system.”

In his emotional conclusion, Denison mentioned the similarities between the “demonizing” and scapegoating being done against the unvaccinated, and its historical similarities to the actions of the Nazi regime, illustrating the dangers of going down the road of discrimination.

“So, this is my call to action, for especially all the police officers,” said Denison. “Time to stand up, you signed up for this job, this is your job. If you lose your job, you [can] go home at night going, ‘Hey, I stood up for what is right for everybody.’”
