April 6, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – His home has been ransacked by state agents. Hours of undercover video that he had shot and painstakingly compiled has been seized. But pro-life investigator David Daleiden is not going to budge an inch.

California Attorney General Kamala Harris ordered that Daleiden's Orange County apartment be searched yesterday afternoon on charges that have not yet been made public. However, Planned Parenthood has accused Daleiden of filing false incorporation papers in California and using a phony driver's license to infiltrate the deepest recesses of the abortion industry.

“California is the focal point of Planned Parenthood's illegal baby-parts-for-profit scheme,” the Center for Medical Progress said in a statement released on Wednesday. “StemExpress partnered with the biggest Planned Parenthood affiliate in the country, [Planned Parenthood] Mar Monte in northern CA, for 5 years to give them a 'financial benefit.'”

Daleiden filmed the founder and CEO of StemExpress, Cate Dyer, joking about lab technicians' horrified reactions upon opening a shipping container and finding an intact fetal cadaver procured at a Planned Parenthood facility.

She also discusses the fact that the trade in body parts has benefited the abortion industry. “Do you feel like there are clinics out there that have been burned, that feel like they’re doing all this work for research and it hasn’t been profitable for them?” Dyer asks at one point. “I don't see that, either. I haven’t seen that.”

Under federal law, selling aborted babies' body parts for “valuable consideration” is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a $500,000 fine.

“Instead of investigating them, Planned Parenthood bought-and-paid-for Attorney General Kamala Harris is hosting petitions for them on her Senate campaign website,” the Center said today.

Harris, a Democrat who has received funding from Planned Parenthood, is running for U.S. Senate and was once rumored to be on President Obama's shortlist for the U.S. Supreme Court.

Despite their legal woes – in criminal and civil court, in Texas and California – the Center highlights that Planned Parenthood has not been cleared of the criminal charges levied against it, and that both state and federal cases are pending.

In the meantime, CMP vows to remain unbowed.

“We won't back down or be intimidated by government corruption,” the group said.
